Local Studio Hong Kong - a studio to promote local awareness through art, design and urban activism.
Local Studio HK was established in 2015. In the less than twelve months the studio has been established the projects completed are: Hong Kong Is Not China, Hong Kong Ancient Maps series, and Words of Mao Revolution series, In 2015 Local Studio HK participated in Yellow Market in which the theme was based on Hong Kong and Taiwan social issues.
Local Studio HK combines, art, design, local and international social issues into a witty but socially provocative comment on the culture and politics of Hong Kong and investigates it’s perceived place in the International diaspora.
