An artist and illustrator, Dee Dee holds a BFA and a Certificate in Art Education from Parsons School of Design in New York. Her paintings have been widely exhibited throughout many galleries in Hong Kong as The Cat Street Gallery, John Batten Gallery, Wattis fine art, Conrad Gallery, and in New York as The Painting Center, Rush Arts Gallery and Williamsburg Art Historical Center.
Her illustrations have been printed in numerous publications, record covers and as an aerogram for the Hong Kong Post Office. Amongst other achievements, Dee Dee received a Runner-up award from the 11th Nippon Graphic Exhibition, Japan in 1990, and the HK4As "Best illustration" in the print category in 1992.
In 1995 Dee Dee's work was selected for American Illustration 14 and in 1999 she received an "Honorable Mention" in the 1st Annual Painting Competition from the Parsons School of Design.
In 1998, she released her first book "I like listening to silence" distributed by Printed Matter Inc. New York.
